Hybrid auction: January 18-19
Round 1 - Open bidding
Date and Time
Start - January 18th at 10 am Dubai time
End - January 19th at 2 pm Dubai time
Rules
Registered bidders will be able to place bids on ANY lot that they wish to buy.
Only the top 3 bidders for each coffee will move on to the final round. All others will not be able to continue bidding on those lots.
Round 2 - Final Round
Date and Time
Start - January 19th at 2:30 pm Dubai time
Rules
The final round features an auctioneer who will auction off each coffee one by one.
When a lot is presented, the buyers who made it to the final round will be able to bid against each other to see who will buy that coffee.
When the auctioneer declares a lot closed, no more bids will be accepted and the coffee will be considered sold.
The auction will end when all lots are sold.

Auction pricing
Lot pricing is denominated in USD dollars and cents per kilogram.
Financial responsibility
The highest bidder at auction close is responsible for full payment to M-Cultivo for the entire lot. Once accepted, bids cannot be revoked. If the producer or country partner declines a payment or shipping request, the winning bidder remains liable for full payment.
Shipping and payment terms
All sales are conducted under Free on Board (FOB) terms from the DMCC in Dubai. Buyers assume responsibility for shipping costs beyond this point. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
